Mylon Shamble is a Tampa-based artist whose soulful, genre-blending sound weaves together soul, jazz, & rock through honest, heartfelt storytelling. Born in Chicago and raised in Bradenton, Mylon first discovered a love for performing when she landed the lead role in her middle school production of “Cinderella.” However, it wasn’t until attending Florida Atlantic University, that Mylon realized music was more than a passion, it was her calling!

After graduating, Mylon auditioned for American Idol, earning a spot on Season 16, where her powerful voice & magnetic stage presence captured national attention. The experience became a catalyst towards a full-time music career and ultimately led to formation of her band, “Mylon & the Pop Ups.”

When Mylon isn’t performing, she works as a flight attendant, drawing inspiration from her travels and interesting people she meets along the way. Those experiences greatly influence her songwriting, shaping the stories, perspectives, and emotions behind her music.

Currently in the studio writing and recording new material, Mylon is crafting a body of work that reflects the journey she’s lived both on and off the stage. Through social media, she openly shares the highs & lows of her path, reaching for authentic connections with supporters while also fostering meaningful collaborations within the creative community.
